Men's Haori with Scenes from Edo

Haori for a man with a decoration on the lining of three partially overlapping rectangular shapes against the background of a depiction of a bridge, with scenes of kneading dough for rice cakes (mochi), women carrying firewood at Mount Fuji, and shell collecting on the coast. The bridge is over the Edo River. Black raw silk (tsumugi) with brocade woven decoration.
