About this work

Tureen of porcelain with lid, painted on the glaze in blue, red, pink, green, yellow, black and gold. On the outer wall of the bowl three flower groups with peony, aster and bamboo; on the outer rim a wide decorative band with flower branches on damask and hanging lotus scrolls with lucky symbols (music stone, ruyi motif); on the base a large flower group and on the inner wall three flower groups; the inner rim with a band of ruyi motifs. The lid with the same decoration with on the lid knob a flower rosette and on the rim a band with flower vines on damask. Famille rose.
