Dish with lobed rim

Ribbed dish. Painted in underglaze blue and with red, green, and gold over the glaze. In the center, a flowering branch. In the rim, eight fields, alternating a blue ground with gold swastikas and diamonds, filled with stylized flower heads. Four times a stylized chrysanthemum between the fields, on the outer wall three loose flowering branches. Marked with a mushroom (?) within a double circle.
