About this work
Porcelain plate, partially covered with a brown glaze, painted in underglaze blue and on the glaze in red and gold. On the flat of the plate, flowering plants near a rock; the rim alternates with lacework and a floral branch in a cartouche; the exterior is covered with a brown glaze. A crack in the rim of the plate. Chinese Imari with monochrome brown.
