About this work
Bowl with spreading wall of porcelain, painted in underglaze blue and red and white slip. On the wall, plum branches with flying birds between them; on the bottom, a rock. Marked on the underside with the seal mark 'zhi' in a double circle. A chip in the rim. Underglaze blue with copper red.
