About this work

Round porcelain salt cellar with a scalloped rim and spreading foot, painted in underglaze blue. The recessed part on the top is modeled in the shape of a flower. In the center a medallion with around it four fan-shaped compartments with flower branches. On the rim a band with hatching. The foot is divided into four bands: two of them with flower branches in compartments, one with flower tendrils and around the foot one with lines. Blue and white.
