About this work

Egg-shaped porcelain vase with a short neck and flaring rim, painted on the glaze in blue, red, green, yellow, aubergine and black. On the wall large lotus plants with two cranes and two flying mandarin ducks; on the other side an inscription dated the 8th month of 1888, signed with Yun Shui [...] Zhu. Rim ground. Old label on the underside with 'Lot 20 24/2/04 6123.'. Famille verte.
