About this work

Porcelain bowl with a spreading rim, painted in underglaze blue and overglaze green and aubergine. On the wall, two five-clawed dragons chasing pearls in reserve against a green ground; around the foot, a wave pattern in reserve. Marked on the underside with the six-character mark of Emperor Kangxi in a double circle. Famille verte.
