Box, rectangular with beveled corners, with Masonic symbols

Rectangular copper box with chamfered corners, black lacquered. On the sides, birds and flower branches inlaid in mother-of-pearl. On the lid, a rectangular field with chamfered corners, containing Freemason symbols inlaid in mother-of-pearl, partly standing on a striped background: pillars with a globe on top, sun, moon, all-seeing eye, stars, caduceus, compasses, etc. The field is framed by a mother-of-pearl band and decorated at the top with a knotted ribbon in mother-of-pearl.
