About this work

Porcelain bowl, painted on the glaze in blue, red, green, yellow, black and gold. Painted in Europe in enamel colours with flowering plants (chrysanthemum, bamboo, aster, prunus) behind bound hedges and a rock on the flat surface. Two birds on the chrysanthemum branch. Next to it a tiger and two flying birds. On the inner rim a band with floral scrolls. Some chips in the brown rim. Decorated in Europe in the Japanese Kakiemon style.
