About this work
Plate of porcelain with a raised wall and sloping rim, painted in underglaze blue. On the flat flower branches (peony), a duck and antiquities (vase, books, incense burner); the wall with damask work alternating with cartouches with flowers; on the rim a band with scrollwork and flower vines in reserve. Two chips in the rim. Blue and white.
