About this work
Free-standing tomb monument with the effigy of a recumbent man in a mantle and mitre (a gisant). The sarcophagus is decorated with sphinxes and has an angel with a shield at the four corners. The whole under a baldachin supported by Tuscan order pillars and with a frieze of triglyphs. In the metopes, ram's heads and floral ornaments. Four lines of text in two columns in Latin in the lower margin. The print is part of an album.
