About this work
Parable of the Pharisee and the Publican who went to the temple to pray. The Pharisee stood by the altar and left the temple upright. The Publican stood at a distance and dared not lift his eyes to heaven. He left the temple bowed (Luke 18:10). With a motto in Latin above the scene and a four-line inscription in Latin below the print. The print is part of an album.
