About this work

Two 'toilettes' variously decorated with ruches of satin ribbons. One is a fourreau of crêpe Colette with embroidery in multiple colors, the other is of printed velvet and widened with godets (false pleats). Fabrics from Diéderichs-Soieries. Print from the fashion magazine Très Parisien (1920-1936).
