Japon of white muslin, trimmed with palmettes. Figure 2. Japon of white muslin, with an embroidered hem. Long Spanish mantle of linen or muslin, lined with natural-colored silk and trimmed with white lace. The mantle must have sleeves. Hairstyle with a wreath of small flowers. The print is part of the fashion magazine Journal des Dames et des Modes, published in Frankfurt as a copy of the French edition by Pierre de la Mésangère, (1798-1848).
