According to the accompanying text (p. 340): Fig. 1: Toque lined with white satin, trimmed with pink braids. Satin fichu trimmed with lace. Cashmere japon with a lace strip at the hem. White gloves and white shoes. Fig. 2: Toque with embroidery, a feather at the front. White muslin japon with embroidery at the hem. Spring redingote of light yellow taffeta, with a white collar over the shoulders. White shoes. The print is part of the fashion magazine Journal des Dames et des Modes, published in Frankfurt as a copy of the French edition by Pierre de la Mésangère (1798-1848).
