A soldier, full-length, carrying a spear (lance) horizontally at shoulder height with both hands (no. 19), ca. 1600. Plate 19 in the instructions for handling the spear: Corte onderwysinghe op de figuerliicke afbeeldinghe, belanghende t'recht ghebruyck, van al t'ghene een Soldaet int handelen vande Spies noodich is.
