About this work
Sheet with caricatures of little people in the wind trade with a reference in the captions to Vianen. Four separate plates numbered 5-8 printed on one sheet. Plate 5: a little man in a dressing gown with a large goblet. Plate 6: a little man with a large wig, hat in hand. Plate 7: a little man as an officer with a large feathered hat and a playing card in his hand. Plate 8: a little man with a hat reading a roll of paper. These plates 5-8 have a caption in verse in ten lines. Print in the bound first edition (304 B 10) of Het Groote Tafereel der Dwaasheid with satirical prints on the Wind Trade or Share Trading of 1720.
