Successful crossing of the Scheldt by the allied army, 27 December 1708. The central representation of the crossing framed in a richly decorated ornamental border with, at the top, a cartouche containing a small depiction of the crossing by night. Bottom, a cartouche with a description of the events in German. Sheet in the bound collection of plates published under the title: Repraesentatio belli ... Der Spanische Successions-Krieg [ca. 1720].
