About this work
The Share Ship of Madame Company and Monsieur Bubbles runs into heavy weather. Emblem with a boat at sea, within a frame of fish, sea creatures, and two interlocking hands with a heart as a sign of marital fidelity. Caption contains a four-line verse. In the upper left, traces of the erased number 32. Printed on the sheet around and below the image are five verses. Print in the bound fourth edition (304 B 12) of *Het Groote Tafereel der Dwaasheid* with satirical prints on the Wind Trade or Share Trade of 1720.
