The Little Man Laudate, or the Flirtatious Shepherdess, on whom Rosmarinus van Schaaphuisen is in love. Verses in German, French, and Dutch in the caption. Numbered right center: 23. Print within a decorative border printed from a separate plate with little people making music and an ape eating porridge at the bottom. Part of the second Dutch bound edition of 1720 (related to the Windhandel of that year) of a series of caricatures of little people, known as Het Dwergentooneel, partly copied from an older German model.
