A Little Man as the French Overseas Politician. Verses in German, French, and Dutch in the caption. Numbered right center: 21. Print within a decorative border printed from a separate plate with leaves, monsters, and three birds at the top. Part of the second Dutch bound edition of 1720 (related to the Windhandel of that year) of a series of caricatures of little people, known as Het Dwergentooneel, partly copied from an older German model.
