The Muslim Little Man Hali Nasili Pascha, with turban and scepter in hand. Verses in German, French, and Dutch in the caption. Numbered right center: 14. Print within a decorative border, printed from a separate plate with heads of little people and masks. Part of the second Dutch bound edition of 1720 (and related to the Windhandel in that year) of a series of caricatures of little people, known as Het Dwergentooneel, partly copied from an older German model.
