The Little Man Rosmarinus van Schaaphuisen, the shepherd on whom Laudate, or the Flirtatious Shepherdess, is in love. Verses in German, French, and Dutch in the caption. Numbered right center: 24. Print within a decorative border printed from a separate plate with monsters and a harlequin. Part of the second Dutch bound edition of 1720 (related to the Windhandel of that year) of a series of caricatures of little people, known as Het Dwergentooneel, partly copied from an older German model.
