About this work

Satirical print on the new general seminary established by the Emperor in 1787. On the left, Discord standing in the mouth of hell, with the inscription: Nouveau Seminarie Général. On the right, the people flee. With inscriptions in Latin, Dutch and French. Numbered top right: 15. Originally an allegory against heresy. Part of the bundled collection of prints relating to the events of the Brabant Revolution and the period 1787-1790.
