About this work

Emperor Joseph II laments his lot and searches for his lost countries. The Russian Empress Catherine II spreads her legs and asks Joseph to search under her skirts, where a map of the Low Countries lies. With French verse of nine lines. Part of the bound collection of prints relating to the events of the Brabantian Revolution and the period 1787-1790.
