Emperor Joseph II laments his lot and seeks his lost lands. The Russian Empress Catherine II spreads her legs and asks Joseph to search under her skirts, where a map of the Low Countries lies. In the caption a nine-line verse. With French inscriptions. Part of a large group of prints relating to the events of the Brabant Revolution and the period 1787-1790.
