About this work
Head of porcelain. Head without handle. Painted in sepia with figures in a landscape. On the back of the head a ground. Along the edges a twisting ribbon in gold and brown, around which a green leafy branch winds. The outer wall of the head and the back of the saucer rim are decorated with two rows of staggered ribs. Gold borders along the foot and rim of the head and along the saucer rim.
