About this work

Waistcoat of cream-colored silk, painted with floral and grapevines and bouquets in multicolored gouache and silver paint, with shawl collar. Model: tailored. Shawl collar. Semi-circular breast pocket. Closure center front by means of five fabric-covered wooden buttons. Back panels and lining of white cotton. On the back bands with copper buckle to make the waistcoat wider and narrower as desired. Decoration: contours around the flowers painted with silver paint. Here and there still the underdrawing with pencil visible.
