Linen damask napkin with the coat of arms of Charles III of Spain and a view of Lille. The symmetrical pattern displays the following scenes from bottom to top: 1 A view of Lille with many towers. 2 Plan of a fortress with the inscription LILLE. 3 Equestrian figure (Charles III of Spain?). 4 The coat of arms of Charles III of Spain flanked by standards. Vertical and horizontal borders: coats of arms, including Savoy, and armorial trophies; outside these: block border.
