About this work
Round tobacco warmer on three legs curved outwards and a socket for a handle. The handle is missing. The rim of the warmer is scalloped; inside the bowl a six-pointed star in a circle is engraved. The warmer is marked: maker's mark = Amsterdam, year mark = W (1756), maker = Arnoldus van Geffen, and a sword.
