About this work

Rattan walking stick with chased silver knob and eye. Decoration: below the knob, cannelures and garlands. Narrow foliate borders form the transition to the upper part with floral and foliate festoons. The laurel border and a foliate border enclose the top surface with a chased rosette. A silver eye with a chased floral ornament is attached below the knob. Above the copper point, the stick is mounted with silver. Marks and a crucifix on the knob.
