About this work
Cabinet of oak, divided into upper and lower cabinets. The posts are decorated with Ionic half-columns with festoons. The upper cabinet has two small doors decorated with reliefs: on the left, the Nativity; on the right, the Circumcision. The doors of the lower cabinet are each decorated with two reliefs: on the left, the Adoration of the Magi and the Baptism; on the right, the Flight into Egypt and the Temptation. The middle frieze of the drawer shows hunting scenes. The frieze depicts scenes with ships, sea horses, tritons, and nymphs. Dated on the drawer: Anno 1659.
