About this work
Walnut armchair. The furniture is upholstered and stands on splayed legs, connected by a similarly splayed H-shaped cross and central stretcher. The armrests are hollowed and end in a volute, which, like the back panel, is decorated with acanthus leaves and rosettes on either side. The armrest supports are splayed. The petit-point upholstery depicts figures.
