About this work
Armchair of walnut resting on splayed legs and stretchers. The square seat and back, as well as the back posts and supports and the armrest cushions, are upholstered with later-added gold leather and secured with gilded nails. The slightly curved armrests end in volutes, decorated on the outer sides with a rosette. The legs rest on renewed blocks.
