About this work

Milk jug of porcelain, painted on the glaze in gold. The jug has a cylindrical body, rounded towards the spreading foot and a wide flaring spout on one side. The C-shaped handle originates from the low side of the rim. The body is divided by golden lines into three broad bands, with in the middle one a scroll of stars, half-moons with dots and triangles. Below the rim a floral vine. The handle is modeled at the rim and decorated with stylized flowers. Empire.
