Shawl with rectangular field in which a square, white mirror with slender palm motifs, the edges consist of S-vines with lilies and palmettes. Fringes on the short sides. Two cross panels with elongated palm motifs, arranged two by two, on either side of a cypress and covered by four arches above which smaller palm motifs stand, while this whole is intersected by wavy vines. The edges consist of S-vines with alternately a lily and a palmette. All motifs are overloaded with a fine floral ornament. The short sides end with fringe and plain bands, which are created by partial dyeing of the warp threads. Colors: red, orange, ochre yellow, green, turquoise blue and white. Weave binding: twill. Material: silk for the warp and wool for the weft, with cotton in the plain bands as reinforcement weft.
