About this work

Chair upholstered in velours d'Utrecht, with a pressed large sunflower motif. The S-shaped front legs end in a bird's claw with a ball and are extra profiled over the arch. The rear legs splay outwards and backwards. The seat rails and back rails and aprons are arched. The top rail of the upholstered back frame is crowned by a small floral motif. The upholstery is nailed. The hollow curved back frame rests on fluted arched supports.
