About this work
Tureen with cover of porcelain with a pressed, egg-shaped body, high flaring foot and slightly flaring rim. The tureen has two handles in the form of a leafy vine with a rosette in the curl and a palmette as a base. Painted on the glaze in blue, red, pink, green, yellow, purple, black and gold. Decorated with bouquets of various flowers and filler flowers. On the lid, from the lobed, golden rim, modeled leafy vines, highlighted with gold. Lid knob in the form of a pinecone. Marked on the underside with 'DENUELLE/ Boulevard St. Denis 18/ à Paris'.
