About this work

Porcelain tureen with a compressed, egg-shaped body, high spreading foot, and slightly spreading rim. The tureen has two handles in the form of a leafy scroll with a rosette in the curl and a palmette as a base. Enamelled in blue, red, pink, green, yellow, purple, black, and gold. Decorated with bouquets of various flowers and filler flowers. Marked on the underside with 'DENUELLE/ Boulevard St. Denis 18/ à Paris'.
