About this work

Porcelain cabinet veneered with burr walnut on an oak core. The double-arched lower cabinet contains three drawers, each with two gilded copper handles and lock plates. The corner posts are placed diagonally and the lower rail is scalloped. The upper cabinet features a front door with muntin division containing twelve panes and a scalloped top following the line of the molded cornice. The diagonally placed sides contain three panes. A crest with leaf motifs serves as the crowning element.
