About this work

Napkin with a depiction of the capture of Timisoara and Belgrade in the War of the Spanish Succession under Prince Eugene of Savoy. Center field: crowned coat of arms of the Holy Roman Empire with a heart shield of Austria. Flying eagle with claw and palm branch to which the coat of arms of Hungary is attached. Field marshal on horseback beneath two bound Turks. Medallion with city view and two men with inscription: EVGENIVS, BELGRADE, THEMUS, WAER. View of a fortified besieged city. Running and lying borders: volutes and eagles.
