About this work

Purse of silver brocade. Two shield-shaped flaps are connected by puffings of red velvet. On a ground of silver stands a triple heart pierced with arrows, in beige (faded pink), red and black. Above it a golden crown and along the arch two laurel branches. A silver passement covers the seams, lining of pink taffeta, no closure.
