About this work

Plate of porcelain, painted on the glaze in blue and gold. The front is covered with vertical bands with alternating blue floral vines or garlands against a gold background and loose flowers, and a gold leafy vine that winds around a gold and blue line. Gold foot and rim. Marked on the underside with the crowned CT beneath a 7, VE, and 2.
