About this work

Saucer, ribbed, with scalloped edges. The ribs are separated by vertical gold lines. The hollows are dark blue (Blue du Roi), the ribs white, adorned with a decoration of foliage and a plaited band. The edges are gilded, with the gilding scalloped inward. Marked in underglaze blue.
