About this work

Plate of soft-paste porcelain (pâte tendre), painted on the glaze in blue, red, green, yellow, purple and black. On the flat a tiger by bamboo and a flowering plant (prunus) next to a stump. On the rim bouquets and scattered flowers. Purple rim. Marked on the underside with the anchor. The plate is in the style of Japanese Kakiemon porcelain.
