About this work

Eight-lobed teapot of porcelain, painted on the glaze in blue, red, yellow, green, black and gold. The eight-lobed body is divided into compartments by means of vertical ribs. On the body on one side a prunus by a rock, on the other side a peony. The spout and handle with leafy scrolls. The lid with a prunus by a rock and a flying bird. Arita (Kakiemon style).
