About this work

Embroidery: the ecru-colored fabric is largely covered by embroidery in the same color as the fabric. The embroidery ornament is symmetrical. Along the lower edge, this consists of a zigzag border alternating with linked circles, above which are wavy leafy vines. Above that, a border of large leafy vines. Above that, on the left, an ornament built from a round shape, lattice work in a diamond shape, and a vase with flowers and leaves; incomplete on the left side. To the right of that, above the leafy vines, a vase with flowers and leaves. To the right of that, above the leafy vines, the ornament on the right side repeats, also, and more incompletely.
