Strip of Natural-Colored Needle Lace: Alençon Lace. The Strip is Set on a Strip of Machine-Made Tulle. It Features a Scalloped Edge with Rococo Ornament, Filled with Ornamental Grounds and a Hexagonal Mesh Ground. No Finishing at the Top, the Tulle is Cut Off.
