Ampulla

Ampulla with a hinged, convex lid, resting on a round foot with a flat lower edge. The foot is composed of a convex and a tapered, tapering section. The tapering section is divided by a flat ring. The body has a round belly and a straight wall. Profiled mouldings run along the middle of the wall and along the upper edge. On one side is a triangular spout, on the other an ear in the form of a volute. The thumb rest is in the form of an openwork, volute-decorated letter, respectively an A and a V. These are repeated above the spout in engraved form.
